Consumers should immediately unplug and stop using the recalled hair dryers and submit a recall registration to receive a full refund.

Cut the power cord completely in half.

Use scissors or wire cutters.

Make sure the product is disconnected from power before cutting.

Take a clear photo showing the:

Power cord visibly cut in half.

Save the photo in JPEG, JPG or JPE format.
- Submit the photo through the Product Recall Registration on this website to confirm disposal and receive your refund. Only one photo per order ID is accepted.
Once the photo is submitted and the recall registration is accepted,dispose of the product in your regular household trash.
